FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will food be available to purchase? Yes! The Source's Dignity Food Truck will be GYAC's exclusive food vendor, cooking up delicious options, perfect for an evening under the stars. Guests can order from the food truck window or download their user-friendly app to order and pay from a distance.
Is alcohol permitted? No, alcohol is not permitted at this event.
How early can I arrive? Gates will open at 5:00PM.
What time will the film start? The film will begin at approximately 6:15PM.
How will I hear the movie? Audio will be heard through concert grade speakers setup next to the screen or by tuning into your car's FM radio.
What happens if it rains? The theatre rental company does not operate in the rain. Therefore, if the event must be cancelled due to high winds or rain, GYAC will honor your admission for a future rescheduled date. Admission is non-refundable.
What precautions are you taking regarding COVID-19? Due to COVID-19, GYAC will be following CDC's guidelines for hygiene, face coverings and social distancing:
Attendance will be limited to allow for adequate spacing between cars
Masks will be encouraged for all in attendance
Restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned prior to the event and stocked with adequate supplies to support healthy hygiene.
